Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will officially consider you attending once you have booked your stay through our portal linked on the “Travel Info & RSVP” tab.

    Please also fill out the RSVP questionnaire on the same tab.

  • You must officially RSVP (travel booked through the portal) before 06/10/2027.

    • If you book now through 6/10/2027, a $200 per person room deposit will be needed to secure your room. This deposit will be applied toward your balance.

    • After 6/10/2027, 100% of the reservation total will be due upon booking.

    • Final payment is due 6/11/2027.

    • You may make smaller payments along the way. 

  • Yes our ceremony and reception will be outside. If inclement weather occurs you will be notified of where the events will be relocated to.

  • Our resort is an adults only all inclusive, so children under the age of 18 are not allowed.

  • When you book your stay through our travel portal, you will be able to add your transfers to and from the airport/hotel as part of your package. Our wonderful travel advisor Vic will be overseeing the transfers to ensure everyone arrives to the hotel.

  • Please make sure to include any dietary restrictions when you fill out the RSVP Questionnaire on the “Travel Info & RSVP” Tab.

  • You are more than welcome to bring a travel companion! However, due to space limitations at our venue, the wedding itself is for named guests only.

  • Please review the “dress code” tab on this website for detailed information on what to wear for all of the events.

  • Although we are so appreciative of all gifts, we kindly ask that you please send those to our home (find more information on the registry tab) so that we do not have to fly home with multiple packages.
